At the persistent urges of my patients and friends, I have finally started an Ask Audra blog.
Many people ask me what I work with the most. And while I see all sorts of health concerns and issues with my patients, the underlying similarity of all dis-ease is our unhealthy belief systems and thoughts that eventually manifest as physical symptoms in the body. The body is like a sophisticated 3D road map. When you learn to read it, everyday symptoms, aches and pains can give you a great deal of insight into the limiting beliefs and unhealthy thought patterns that caused them in the first place. Simply bringing awareness to these sorts of beliefs can help us turn our lives around to be more balanced, happier and healthier.
